The cost for reissuing and replacing non-transferable VMOBIL Klimatickets, pupil/student/apprentice tickets or leisure tickets is EUR 7.
Passengers aged 18 or over who have lost their ticket are kindly requested to visit one of our service centres and complete a loss report form there. Please remember to bring ID with you. A fee of EUR 7 will be charged.
Adolescents under the age of 18 are asked to come with a parent to one of our service centres and complete a loss report form (a signature of the legal guardian is required). Please remember to bring a photo and ID with you. A fee of EUR 7 will be charged.
Please note: Transferable annual tickets will not be replaced if lost.
